Description

We grow chemical free heirloom varieties from organic seeds. How an herb tastes , smells and contributes to good health, is a reflection of the soil it is grown in. We have spent years building a biologically active, ecologically balanced soil.  We harvest our herbs throughout the summer when they are bursting with flavor and smell. They are then dried at the optimal temperature for each herb and packaged in earth-friendly cellophane with responsible labeling.  To maintain our Footehills Farm quality our herbs are available on a limited basis.

The aromatic Winter Savory blends well with other herbs, flavors stews, herbed butters,  sauces and meats. It is called the herb of love as it was used in love potions, and to restore the sex drive.
